All electronic resources subscribed or purchased by the Library are licensed for access by HKAPA staff, students and authorized users for educational purpose. Users can browse, download, save or print reasonable portion of text or articles from the Library subscribed electronic databases for the purposes of private study or research. Excessive or systemic downloads are strictly prohibited and may be considered infringing the copyright restrictions. Offenders will be liable to any legal or financial consequences and disciplinary actions that arise. Excessive downloads may also affect the Academy community in using the resources. Suppliers concerned may withhold or terminate the license agreement and suspend the access provision temporarily or permanently when such problem arises.
