Quick Guide

View / Cancel Booking

1. Login to Seminar Room & Solo Pod Booking System as "HKAPA Students & Full-time Staff" or "Other Valid Library Members".  
[Check Login Help for login details]
 

2. Click "View / Cancel Booking" to review your booking(s).

3. To cancel your booking, click "Cancel Booking" button. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you through E-mail.

[ Note: Cancellation must be done 8 hours before the session starts. ]
