Wi-Fi Printing in the Library: MS Windows 10 and 11 (64bit)

1. Download the required driver to your notebook.

    *Sign-in with your Academy Network ID (e.g. a12345.stu@hkapa.edu) and Password.

  • Black / White
  • Colour
• Academy Library - Copier B (G/F near staircase)
  • Black / White
  • Colour
• Academy Library (UG/F Learning Resources Room)
  • Black / White and Colour
• Film TV Library
  • Black / White and Colour

2. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.

3. Choose “Run anyway” if you see the prompt below.

4. The installation will complete within one minute.

[Note: You just need to perform this setup once at the first time of use.]

1. Connect to the HKAPA Wi-Fi network.
2. Select the appropriate printer (B_W for black / white printing and Colour for colour printing).

3. Assign a User ID (e.g. your Academy ID) and Password in the box below.

4. At the multi-function photocopier, press the “Printer” or "ELP NX"button, then select your User ID and enter your password to print.
